WHAT THEY SAY
"Michael, I just wanted to thank you for the recent commercial inspection of the restaurant that I was under contract to purchase. Due to you uncovering many structural defects as well as the environmental issues at this location that would have cost me tens of thousands to fix, I have decided not to purchase this building and am aggressively looking for a new location. And of course you will be the first person I call. Thank you again!"
"Great report! I did not notice the scorching on the insulation in the mechanical room until I received your report. The sellers have agreed to install Type X drywall to prevent scorching from the gas fired appliance in that location. They have been trying to figure this out for years! Awesome job!"
"Michael, I wanted to thank you for your work. I was impressed to see that you actually performed a full roofing inspection and how detailed your report was. Thank you."
